Happy World Circus Day! This year’s theme is collaboration and cooperation for the future of circus, making today an ideal opportunity to announce our Circus Arts program at the 2017 Folklife Festival.
The Folklife Festival hosted a program on Bhutan in 2008 that was the largest and most comprehensive celebration of Bhutanese life and culture ever hosted outside the remote Himalayan Kingdom.
